Centralized support in areas like billing, human resources, marketing and purchasing, means our offices can focus solely on providing each patient with an amazing experience. All of our Kool Smiles offices are newly constructed and large with plenty of room to work and grow. We keep our dental equipment new and up-to-date. We use advanced electronic health records and digital x-rays, allowing for easy peer review, auditing and records portability between offices. Kool Smiles dentist and staff are never behind in learning about the latest advancements in dental care because it is part of our mission to provide the very best care to our patients.

Throughout the year, Kool Smiles deploys market-specific media outreacMh, and many other tactics to increase patient awareness. Kool Smiles also has a robust call center to assist our offices in patient scheduling, and to help our patients by communicating friendly reminders and follow-up. Another proud piece to our office support is Community Outreach. Any given weekend, you'll find dedicated community outreach staff at schools, sports events and other family gatherings to promote oral healthcare through free screenings and education programs.
