If you're a dentist who would like to continue your dental career in the U.S., Kool Smiles can help you obtain a work visa. To ensure consistency in our applications and to ensure full compliance with all US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) and Department of Labor (DOL) regulations, we have consolidated all immigration work on behalf of the Company with a nationally respected law firm. If you are dentist that will require sponsorship, please ask your recruiter for a copy of our immigration guidelines to learn more. Sponsorship will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Relocation Program

Kool Smiles may offer a relocation package for dentists willing to work in specific Kool Smiles locations in exchange for a longer term commitment from you. Kool Smiles can provide a relocation package that will help reduce the stress and costs of your relocation. We work with local realtors who are knowledgeable about their community. Not only can they help find you an apartment, condo, or house, but they also provide you with local flavor! The choice to move for a job is a big decision—we want to ensure that once that decision is made your transition to your new home and community is a smooth one.
