Kool Smiles offers competitive compensation. In addition, we provide strong production incentive opportunities as long as our rigorous quality standards are met. Our incentive plan is also paid not on collections like most dental practices, but on billings, which is pretty Kool. Our dentists can earn a great deal more than the national average and in many cases exceed market rates.

We want our dentists to have fun at work and also have fun in their free time. All Kool Smiles full-time Kool Smiles dentists begin with two weeks of paid time off (PTO) every year, in addition to nine paid holidays. Full-time dentists are able to earn additional PTO as they progress through their Kool Smiles career.

With the Kool Smiles Wealth Management Plan (WMP), doctors are able to contribute up to $25,000 of their earnings each year. In turn, Kool Smiles makes a significant matching contribution, with 3 year vesting. It's like a 401(k), but even better. The potential for wealth creation through this plan is comparable to what dentists typically experience through ownership of a private practice. In fact, accumulating $1 million plus during your Kool Smiles career is absolutely achievable.

In addition, dentists at Kool Smiles receive reimbursement for all required licensure fees and professional membership dues. Kool Smiles provides internal continuing education and reimbursement for outside continuing education courses. We encourage our dentists to keep learning!
